1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Truly Offline AI Chatbot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Truly Offline AI Chatbot is a mobile application that provides an AI-powered chatbot running entirely on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function and all processing occurs locally on your device.

3. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible device you own for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its contents
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Sublicense, rent, or lease the App to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. Purchase and Payment

The App is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform. We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you purchased the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI within the App generates responses based on your input. You should be aware that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• The AI does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
• You should not rely on AI responses for critical decisions
• The quality and style of responses may vary

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any content you generate through it. You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The purchase of the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the license granted in Section 3.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Device Compatibility

The App requires a compatible device with sufficient processing power and memory. Performance may vary depending on your device's specifications. We recommend devices with at least 6 GB of RAM for the best experience. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

11. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, or new features. Updates are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and are subject to these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism of the platform through which you purchased the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
