What Nashi is

Nashi is an AI chatbot that runs large language models on your device. It is a tool for generating text-based responses to your prompts. It does not access the internet for AI inference.

Acceptable use

You may use Nashi for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use Nashi to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and how you use the generated output.

No warranty on model outputs

AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. Nashi provides no guarantee about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any model output. Do not rely on Nashi for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Intellectual property

You own the text you generate with Nashi. We make no claim to your prompts or the model's responses. The underlying models are open-source and subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of liability

Nashi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, trulyoffline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nashi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
