- Tell me which app, your device and iOS version (Settings › General › About), and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps. Please don't send recordings you consider private.
- Purchases and refunds
- Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com. If ScribeKit Pro doesn't unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app's settings first, then email me.
- Privacy questions
- Each app has a plain-language privacy policy (ScribeKit, Nashi). If anything in it is unclear, ask and I'll answer and fix the policy.

- Happy to answer questions, share details about how the apps work, or provide promo codes for review.
